Free "Generator Express" Delivery

Generators will normally ship within 1 to 2 business days after the order has been processed and credit approved. Generators and merchandise purchased will shipped absolutely Free within the Continental United States by motor freight via tailgate delivery. A minimum of two people must be present to accept delivery . Truck drivers are not responsible for getting oversized items off the truck. Free shipping does not include a LIFTGATE! Liftgate service simply means the freight is lowered to the ground. Liftgate service order usually requires an extra day or two of shipping time too. If you prefer this option, the cost and must be paid before the generator ships. Lift gate service cost is $75.00 to $150.00 depending on the circumstances and region of the country. Next day or any other express service is additional. GeneratorOutlet does not mark-up shipping costs!

IMPORTANT - Inspect all freight upon delivery, any damages or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery. Please make sure you retain a signed copy of the Bill of Lading or shipping paperwork for your records. Once you are contacted for delivery by the carrier, it is your responsibility to accept delivery unless other arrangements are made. Any storage fees incurred due to failure to accept delivery will be the customers responsibility.
